James Warren is my 3 rd lawyer in dealing with my ex-wife. I sure wish I used him from the very beginning. So far I am 4-0 and now my ex is even paying my legal fees. If you have a hostile ex, he is the lawyer for you. he takes the gloves off from the very beginning. This is an update to my comment. I have now been represented by Mr Warren for 5 years now. Every time we went to court we won. As I mentioned earlier if you have an aggressive hostile ex, you need to be represented by Mr. Warren. If I had him represent me from the get go, things would have been much different today. We recently filed several motions, and finally my ex realized it will never end between us. We have a new agreement which I am very satisfied with; I will never have to deal with my ex ever again. Divorce can be a nasty situation without proper representation. It doesn’t have to be if you have someone representing you who will look with an objective lens. I would highly recommend Mr. Warren if you need someone to dig in and fight for you. He’s not some “foot on the desk relaxed guy” who will promise you the moon and stars, but when you show up in court with him you will have one of the best, if not the best, attorney beside you.

I have a very hostile, and unreasonable ex wife. There is an old saying fight fire with fire. In the past I tried to be reasonable, I tried to be fair. I used cheaper lawyers with less experience. I was very naive about the legal process, and extremely naive thinking thinking I could work things out amicably with my ex. I have a disastrous divorce and lost everything, but things are slowly turning around. He might cost more than other lawyers I do not know. What I have learned the hard way, in the long run get the best lawyer you can, you will pay far less in the long run.
